Just want to give a shout out to Ollie and Brooklyn in Ski Rentals/Services. They were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable, and extremely patient as they adjusted my boots and bindings. I’m so glad I waited to see them, instead of receiving service at the sports store. Top notch service!

Lots of fun to do at the mountain. In summer too. They have the canopy tree adventure for kids which is an A+! Also the grouse grind recommended for people extremely active as it is very high!
I thought I lost my phone on the peak to peak chairlift when I got to the top and my pocket was wide open and phone was gone. When I told the chairlift operator about the situation, they were prompt with contacting their team and working on finding my phone. I was prepared to never see it again as I left the mountain. Shockingly, I was told my phone was found the next morning by someone on the team! I couldn’t believe my luck! Thank you Grouse Mountain crew!!
Shout out to the staff at Grouse mountain who worked extra late hours to make sure everyone had a safe and enjoyable NYE while working through the celebrations. I had a technical issue with my annual pass and they found a solution for me right away and got me on the gondola without a fuss.
